Okay so I finally figured it out what the accoutn was; this is just supposed to represent the contents of my head when I'm dreaming, cause I think dreaming really shows a lot about a person subconsciously. Plus I love sleep.
And there was a few different versions of this but for some reason I really like the sketchy version just because dreaming is so surreal in a sense, the cartoon imagery seemed fitting.

I can't believe how great the part you drew looks, the sketch lines have such a personal feel to them! Also, the picture of you sleeping is cropped really, really well.
